Meet Our Marketing Team Leader, Quadarius!
Tsunoda Stylings is a start-up company that strives to create successful, responsive websites that are fast, easy to use, and built with the best techniques. At Tsunoda Stylings, we search for new talent to develop their portfolios via paid-per-project remote work! Not too long after we opened our doors, we received a request from a young developer and marketing expert looking to enhance his skills.
Meet Quadarius Lee, is a American native who has a degree in software development. Read more below to learn more about him and what he plans to accomplish during his time here at Tsunoda Stylings.
Jasmine: "Hello Quadarius, could you please introduce yourself to the readers?"
Quadarius: "Hello, My name is Quadarius. I am a contract Marketing Assistant/ Developer at Tsunoda Stylings. I specialize in Google/FB ads, and am proficient in Html, CSS, Java, Javascript. Very motivated and disciplined when motivation doesn’t show up. "
Jasmine: "When did you start applying for coding and marketing jobs?"
Quadarius: "I actually didn’t, I got hired by word of mouth and qualifications of course, you know."
Jasmine: "Ha ha. Yes you were introduced to us by a client of ours. But still. Why did you decide to start studying coding and marketing?"
Quadarius: "I started researching 2020 and 2021, searching for the most reputable skill. Eventually I stumbled upon coding which led me to get a 2 year degree in software development, and that's how I got started with coding. With Marketing in 2021 I was looking to acquire another skill that had no barrier, just a little bit of a learning curve and it was a marketable skill and stumbled upon Google Ads and Facebook ads. Till this day I am still sharpening my skills!"
Jasmine: "What made you apply for the job opening at Tsunoda Stylings, and how do you like it so far?"
Quadarius: "I applied because I wanted to get experience with working with clients, and getting to work with individuals who are like-minded. I think that it is going great as far as experience."
Jasmine: "That is so kind! Thank you! I wanted to start this company to help many kinds of people, whether it be new employees who need experience or clients who are on a budget. Everyone should be treated fairly regardless of their situation. So what do you like most about being a developer and marketing assistant?"
Quadarius: "I like the problem solving role that's intertwined with it. Clients have goals and I aid in setting up the necessary steps so that the client can meet their goal. But like any plan, nothing goes as planned. Things happen and things come up, that's what I'm here for…. To make sure all bumps are smoothed out on the road."
Jasmine: "What do you find most challenging about being a developer and marketing assistant?"
Quadarius: "I find the most challenging thing as in any business is acquiring leads, Setting up meetings and speaking with people who could benefit from the service."
Jasmine: "What do you hope to accomplish while working with us?"
Quadarius: "I hope get more clients under my belt, and help build a great reputation for Tsunoda Stylings."
Jasmine: "What advice would you give to anyone wanting to become a web developer/designer or or social media marketer?"
Quadarius: "My Advice would be to learn the skill at hand just as much as you are marketing that skill. No amount of studying is gonna match that in field experience!"
